All orders will be shipped USPS first class mail usually within 2 or 3 business days. If you would like your item to ship priority please purchase the priority upgrade at the top of the page. If you would like your items "ASAP" please convo me first to ask if that is possible. Don't just assume that because you send a message to me after your purchase that I will be able to ship it the next day.
If you would like to have insurance or confirmation please let me know. That cost will be the buyer's responsibility.
Once a package has shipped GETitGOTitDONE is NOT liable for damage or loss. If you would like to add insurance at your cost please SEND A CONVO BEFORE you pay and we can work that out.
Please Note: If an order has been shipped to an incorrect/ incomplete address given by Buyer and the Post Office returns the item for any reason, it is the Buyer's responsibility to pay any additional shipping to re-route the shipment.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you are not fully satisfied and would like to return or exchange your items just contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. You will be required to pay the return shipping on the items. You will be refunded for the item's value and not for the original shipping cost. For exchanges, you will be charged for the new shipment also.
Typically, no returns will be accepted for cut ribbon. Once an item has been shipped and in possession of the USPS; GETitGOTitDONE is not liable for damaged or lost packages. If you wish to purchase insurance on your item, please Convo us. Please let us know if something arrives in bad shape and we can work with the post office to work it out.
