Returns are accepted for damaged molds only. If you feel that you have received a damaged mold I will require a photo of mold(s) to determine the cause before advancing to the refund stage. Mold must be photographed being used with the medium you are working with so I can see the area that is not working properly. Any damaged mold must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.
