Regular orders are still treated in order they were placed and will not be delayed by other's RUSH orders.

Most small silver jewelry, such as personalized rings, will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. Spinner rings and all gold rings should be ready in 2 to 5 days and most leather bracelet will take 4 to 5 business days.

If I cannot rush your order for any reason I will let you know ASAP and you will have the option to cancel your order.

You don’t need to communicate with me before you return it, but you must include the following information with the return: ORDER NUMBER, NEW SIZE and RETURN ADDRESS. Once I receive the package I will send a separate invoice for shipping and size adjustment fee.
