We strive to ship our orders out within 24-72 hours. However, custom orders may take longer because they are made from scratch and we may have to order supplies. However, no order should take longer than two weeks to ship out. You will be notified if your order will be delayed.

We accept payment through PayPal, Credit Card or Etsy Gift Card. Local shoppers are welcome to contact us to discuss payment in person and pick-up in person to avoid shipping charges.

Payment is expected immediately. If no payment is received after three (3) days, the order will be canceled unless we are otherwise notified of an extension to pay.

No orders will be sent until payment is received.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
