HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase this listing.

2. During checkout, please include the following information in the "notes to DIVart" box:

NAMES AND DATE
COLOR CHOICES - leave blank if you prefer the colors shown in the sample
SIZE - leave blank if you prefer the size listed in the description
FINAL FILE FORMAT - see options listed below

3. I will send you the first proof within 24h, Monday through Saturday (Saturday and Sunday orders will be sent on Monday), once information for the design and payment have been received. Proofs will be sent via etsy conversation tool. Review your proof carefully and let me know if any adjustments are needed. I work on the design until you are completely happy with it.

4. Approve your design. High resolution files will be sent within 24 hours of your approval. Files will be sent to your e-mail address on etsy, (please make sure it's valid) unless otherwise specified.

5. Print as many as you need, cut, add a ribbon or twine, assemble and enjoy!

You can cancel your order and still receive a refund if we have not sent you the first proofs yet. If you cancel your order AFTER you receive any files, whether or not they are proofs or finals, we will not be able to refund you any money.
