Kokedama or "moss ball" in Japanese was originally a method for displaying bonsai. Today the art of Kokedama has been expanded to include many plants and lends itself well to the hanging "string garden".
These Tillandsia string balls are hand wrapped and planted. Moss ball measures approximately 4-5 inches in diameter and EACH KOKEDAMA FEATURES A UNIQUE ARRANGEMENT OF 5 TILLANDSIA ("air plants"). They are easy to care for and very hardy. Tillandsia prefer cool night temperatures and bright, filtered light.
Care: Mist once or twice a week or submerge plant in a large bowl of water for 30-60 minutes. Fertilize once every 2-3 months by adding a small pinch of Orchid fertilizer to water. ***Air plants are sensitive to chlorinated water. Use well water or bottled water to mist or soak the plants***
