All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail under 13 ounces and USPS Priority mail if over 1lb unless other arrangements have been made before hand. Once your order has been marked shipped you will receive an ETSY email confirmation containing your tracking number or you can track under the "My Purchases" tab. Orders typically arrive at their destinations within 3-5 business days after shipping.
With each purchase there is an estimated shipping date. Please keep in mind that this is JUST an estimate and may sometimes take longer. It is a big help if you include in the notes to seller if you need it by a specific date or if you contact me ahead of time to discuss time lines.
Unless otherwise specified, orders are shipped to the address listed on your Etsy receipt. Please make sure the address is updated and correct as I am not responsible for items that have been shipped to the wrong address. If you would like your package shipped to an alternate address, please notify me prior to the stated shipping date through Etsy conversations only.
I accept payment via Paypal only, however paypal does allow you to use your credit card without having to set up a paypal acct. Just look for the link at the bottom of the sign in page that says "Don't have a Paypal acct? Pay with a credit card."
Most of my products are made-to-order. I cannot start your order until payment is received and cleared. Please note that paying via E-check typically takes 3-5 days to process. If you need your order by a specific date, please consider this delay when placing the order.
Returns & exchanges
All sales are final and non-refundable. When you purchase an item through my shop the price not only covers the actual product but it also covers the time it takes me to make the item. All the items are handmade by me on a made to order basis. This is time spent away from my family which I take very seriously so I can't offer refunds on that as there is no way for me to get that time back. However, I want to ensure that all customers are completely satisfied with their purchases, so if there is a problem please do not hesitate to contact me before leaving any negative feedback. I will be happy to work with you to find the best solution possible for the both of us.
I am not responsible for any packages lost or delayed due to shipping. Once the package has left my shop it is out of my control. Please check the estimated shipping time and make sure there is plenty of time for it to be delivered before your event.
Custom orders are welcome if my time table permits. Just send me an Etsy convo and we will see what we can come up with.
