The Oak & Acorn Pillow is worked in the satin stitch, stem stitch, long and short stitch, and French knots. Finish size is 21"by 21".

Embroidery kit includes nearly everything you need to stitch this pillow and includes: medium-heavy weight linen (100% linen imported from Belgium) with marked design, pearl cotton thread, photo instructions and a needle.

You will need: a small hoop, embroidery scissors, and an 22" x 22" pillow form (for a firm Arts & Crafts style pillow) for finishing, all of which can be found here in separate listings:

A sewing machine with basic standard stitch will also come in handy for sewing pillow together; however a local dry cleaners could also perform this task anywhere from $3 to $10.

Embroidery kits are generally shipped USPS Priority Mail. I can fit up to two kits within a flat rate envelope of $5.05 (this includes tracking). Larger items will be shipped parcel post with tracking information. I do not tack on additional charges to shipping. If overages are collected on shipping at the time of check out, I will refund the amount. I am not responsible for undeliverable mail; if you wish to add in insurance to your item, please note this during check out and I will add it in.


Payments

I accept credit cards, PayPal, checks and money orders. Taxes will automatically be collected for residents within the state of California. If you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours as I generally processes orders within one to two days. Items not paid within one week will be voided. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred at the time of shipping.


Returns & exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item for whatever reason (color, not want you were expecting) I will be more than happy to issue you a refund, less shipping expenses. If I make a mistake and ship the wrong item, please connect me and I will correct the mistake as soon as I can and will pay for return shipping to me.

I would say that a majority of my orders here and on my website are custom. In addition to the items you see here, I also create custom curtains at a reasonable price, bedspreads, chair coverings and restoration of historic textiles. Please convo me to inquire about any embroidered item.
