All items in my shop are shipped via Priority Air Mail from Radom, Poland. If you would like to also get a tracking number to check where your purchase is exactly - add this item to your order.

I can ship to everywhere in the world from Poland, where I live, via air mail. Cost of a shipment vary depending on the package's size and weight. All packages are send with a priority (prioritaire) so they should reach their destinations as quickly as possible.

If you want your item to be shipped with a tracking number, please add "tracking number - shipping upgrade" listing to your order. Add only one, no matter how many items are in your order.

I will send your package within 1-5 working days from the day of its purchase/payment. If there will occur any problem and I won't be able to send your package on time you will be notified of this inconvenience and will receive a mysterious I-am-sorry gift from me :) I will note you via Etsy as soon as the package is send so you will know it's on its way to you.

All items come carefully packed in clear cellophane sleeves or paper packages or organza bags with my store's label. To prevent bending items are send in bubble envelopes additionally secured with corrugated fiberboards.

Payment should be made right after the purchase. If you have some issues connected with immediate payment you should write me an e-mail asap because your purchase will be cancelled after 2 days of not receiving the payment.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I pack purchases carefully so there should not occur any unexpected damage but if, unfortunately, something bad happens let me know and I will investigate the case and try to make you happy.
