In most cases, items ship USPS first class mail that typically takes between 3 - 5 business days. If the packages contains enough items that it weighs over 13 ounces, it will be sent Priority mail. If your items will ship by another method, you will be notified by convo.
Expedited shipping is available upon request and increased shipping payment according to your requests. Please note that a RUSH FEE will apply. Please do not hesitate to contact me so that a custom listing with updated shipping/rush costs can be made for you!
When shipped I will provide a delivery confirmation number given by USPS, this information will be posted and provided through Etsy. I am only responsible for shipping your item. If your item was not delivered by the post office this is not my responsibility. You must take missing package issues up with the USPS. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for items that the post office loses.
I do offer insurance, if you would like to purchase insurance please convo me and I would be glad to set up a custom listing with updated shipping cost for insurance.
We can only ship to the address listed on Paypal, please make sure this is correct before paying for your order.

Please note that If you are paying by e-check through PayPal, there is a short 3-5 day waiting period for e-check to clear before we can process and start your order.

All sales are final. It is my goal to provide excellent customer service and total customer satisfaction. If you purchase any item(s) from my shop that don't meet your expectations, please feel free to convo me for resolution. In general I will provide exchange and refund to assure that you satisfy with your overall experience in my shop.
In order to get credit, the item(s) must be received in its original condition and packaging. Any damaged and imperfection to the item(s) may result in partial refund (up to 50% of its original price). All credit is subject to 20% restocking and PayPal fee.
NOTE: the original shipping charges and return merchandise postage will not be refunded. All refund and credit will only apply to merchandise.
