Shipping is by USPS, priority or first class. If an upgrade to a faster ship time is asked for, the extra charge will be added to the order. Orders will ship within 2-3 business days. International orders require all custom fees to be paid by buyer. Tracking orders outside of the United States is not possible, so I can not predict shipping time on those orders.
I accept PayPal, direct checkout and money orders. All orders are net. Orders not paid for within 5 days will be cancelled. Orders within Arizona will have tax added. If you cancel an order before shipping, I will refund the whole amount.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If an item is received damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact me. I will either refund your money, make an exchange with an item of the same value or fix the item (if possible).
Returns for any other reason must be done within 14 days and sent back in the same condition as received. The item can be exchanged or your money refunded. Shipping on a return is not refundable (unless the item was received damaged).
