I will ship all items via postal service..I I will always give you a tracking number so that you can "track" your item . I will always provide a tracking number. I usually mail on Tuesdays through Thursday mornings BUT, if I am able I will mail on any day I am able to get to the post office.. I am not responsible for package lost in the postal system as I have no control over the post office..I will ship to the ETSY address you provide,and if this is not your correct address I am not responsible. Since I have no control over the post office, I will not refund postage for lost packages..you and I both assume the same responsibility if a package is lost or damaged..Packages I mail are checked,rechecked and rechecked again to make sure the address on package is the address you have listed..I will do my best to ensure package gets to you timely and intact at all times but sometimes the postal system just does not cooperate or care..
Payment must be received immediately at time of purchase.I will always include tracking number. If postage is lower than what I have listed I will gladly refund difference over $2.00 as packaging and travel to P.O. are included in postage..,convo me for exact postage..Postage to Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be higher and I will add,adjust postage if you reside in these areas........I do not at this time ship to countries outside of the U.S. unless it is an APO....

Please note that my items are returnable within 2 days only unless specifically listed in individual item description. I am trying to liquidate storage area and collections. I will always purchase some type of postal tracking and insurance if item is costly. Convo me if I forget to refund excess postage over $2.00..
