DOMESTIC customers: all items shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation (tracking #) is included (the tracking # is automatically sent to you the day I send your item) but insurance is not; please choose any shipping upgrades from the drop down menu at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL customers: Items are shipped via USPS First Class International but DO NOT include delivery confirmation (tracking #) or insurance and typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive. For shipping internationally, I highly recommend upgrading to Priority International Mail, which offers insurance and tracking, and takes 6-10 days for delivery; priority rates are listed on the drop down menu for shipping upon checkout. Any possible customs charges or taxes are the buyers responsibility. In rare cases, customs may detain packages for up to 3 months. It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues, if you need the customs form number for your order, just let me know. Thank you for your patience!

If you wish to ship by any other method (express, etc.), please choose an upgrade from the drop down menu. Please note: priority upgrades are strictly related to the postal service speed of delivery (orders still take 1-3 business days to create and process unless otherwise stated in the listing, regardless of the shipping method). Please accept my apologies in advance for any delays in shipping; once the item is out of my hands there's nothing I can do to help. If a package appears to be suspiciously opened or tampered with in any way, you must refuse the package or bring it to your post office unopened to resolve the issue.
I ship to the address listed on the Etsy receipt, not PayPal, so please be sure your Etsy shipping address is correct or let me know otherwise. I try to ship all items the next day after purchase (unless it is the weekend/holiday) but please note it can take up to 3 business days from item purchase before item is shipped (unless otherwise stated in the listing lead time). If you need your item sooner, please message me first to see if it can be arranged. If the item is larger than my standard bubble mailer, I try to ship in recycled boxes in the interest of saving trees. Most orders come in a gift box or organza pouch suitable for giving (please let me know if you have a preference for either prior to purchase). The gift box/ pouch may vary from the one pictured in the listing and if you order more than one item, I will consolidate into one box/ pouch (unless you let me know otherwise). If you ordered more than 2 items, there is an extra fee if you require individual wrappings. All orders also come with a free surprise gift!

Returns & exchanges
Due to the meticulous handmade nature of my pieces, all sales are final. I am always here to answer any questions you have about any item or the need for another picture (I'm friendly!). In the event that a return is agreed upon for a very special situation (domestic orders only, international are final), I must be notified of the issue within 24 hours of receipt (I also may require you to send me a photo) and the item must be returned to me within 5 business days. The initial shipping cost and return shipping cost would be the buyers responsibility. My photos/pictures: all computer monitors reflect colors of ribbon, beads, etc. differently so there could be a slight variance.
