Please give ample time for orders to ship!!! I ship with the USPS wherein shipping takes up to 5-7 days. Please know that once your order leaves the nest it is strictly the USPS' responsibility for delivery. If the order is lost or is delivered late I cannot give any refunds due to it being out of my control as stated. USA shipping will have tracking information and insurance on all DIRECT CHECK OUT packages. PAYPAL orders WILL NOT have any insurance added to them. Tracking information will be sent to buyers per email wherein buyers will be able to track their packages. I ship to address stated at time of purchase thru DIRECT CHECK OUT and PAYPAL. I will COMBINE shipping for any items in my store to help save on postage so please contact me and I will be happy to help you with this!
International Customers: All international orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service via First Class Mail. PLEASE NOTE: All international customers are responsible for any and/all custom fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc associated with shipping and purchasing or any other costs relating to receiving goods to their respective countries should they be assessed. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency. Seller is not responsible for any of these charges. I do not mark package as a gift I put the value of sale on the package. Please be aware that international shipping can take up to 3-6 weeks and sometimes even longer so please make sure you order your items well in advance. There is no tracking or insurance on international mail.

Payment is accepted through DIRECT CHECKOUT and PAYPAL only. Please make sure your Paypal account and credit card is updated and correct with all of your information and most importantly your CURRENT address; the address you provide will be the address your items are shipped to! If re-shipping is necessary due to an insufficient address item will be re-shipped and buyer will be responsible for postage to re-ship item.

All sales are final. Please know that I do not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items but would like to know if you have any problems with your order. If an item is delivered damaged through shipping please take a photograph so I have proof and can submit and contact shipping service. I do want my customers to be satisfied and have a great shopping experience so I will do my best considering circumstances!
All products are handmade so there can be slight variations in each item and all items are made in a smoke free studio.
