The glass beads were made by me (Louise) in my studio. They have been kiln fired to strengthen and cleaned ready to send.

Orders will be sent out by 1st class for small parcels; due to the current price changes from royal mail, if you require your order to be sent out by recorded or next day delivery, please contact me before Check out.
Returns are your responsibility until we receive them back. To ensure a timely refund I would recommend using a tracked service to return items.
Orders are sent out in a bubble lined envelope for protection.
Standard Postage Orders will be sent within 24 hours Monday- Friday orders placed Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Custom order delivery will be discussed during order process.
Payments are made using Paypal; which is a safe and secure payment process. If you require to purchase an item by cheque please contact me before an order is placed.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
If you have a problem with your item(s), please contact me within 14 days from delivery and I will help to resolve the issue.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to arrange a refund (excluding custom orders and p&p costs). Items should be returned to me undamaged and in the original packaging, within 21 days of delivery confirmation. Cost of returns are the responsibility of the customer.
If you do not receive your order within 10 working days please let me know so I can help to find your order.
To ensure a timely refund I would recommend using a tracked service to return items.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, I cannot accept intimate items (i.e. earrings) returns unless they are faulty.
