These slices are a great addition to any space, in home or at an event.
Perfect for Centerpiece Displays, cupcake displays, Cake plates;
In home they are great for coffee tables, end tables, dressing table or in the kitchen.
Once you have one you will want many! If you're getting married you will want to keep every one for your new home, they will last years.

Recycled, reclaimed naturally fallen trees, sliced by hand/chainsaw, left natural (may have a few small cracks, minimal missing bark, most are perfect- just the way you see trees in the woods-lol!)

Once the purchase is made by you the customer, if it is a small item I have on hand it will be shipped within 2 weeks, (unless a hurricane rolls in and we have to evacuate the area) then it may take longer. If UPS/USPS/FedEx isn't open I can't ship. If it is a Large Custom Sculpture Expect a minimum of 6-8 weeks for Custom Box Creation, weighing, contacting the freight company, setting up a NEW CUSTOM LISTING for your custom shipping price COST according to size, weight and ship to location- if freight a business address is less expensive, to ship to your home Expect higher shipping costs- I will need your phone number on freight. If you decide you cannot afford to ship the item I can hold it with a minimum payment of 30% down immediately at time of discovery, and payments can be made until shipping cost is fully collected- if you Decide you now don't want it shipped at the time of discovery oR refuse shipping you will be charged a MINIMUM of 30%>for Restocking and cost of time and materials! Do not expect a refund on shipping cost and expect to pay to ship it back to me- I will not pay for your ill decisions. See also below

If receiving it and you have buyers remorse-(just don't want, don't like, etc...) You are responsible for shipping it back to me along with insuring it at your cost- if it arrives back to my shop damaged without it having been insured you Absolutely Will Not Receive A refund of any Kind. If it arrives back to my shop undamaged you will receive an up to 80% refund to cover the 20% minimum restocking fee and time waisted.
All items over $50 are insured by me upon shipment, if any item arrives to you damaged you MUST file a claim with USPS.Com (example) I do not refund in these cases, hence the insurance.

All custom orders take a Minimum of 6-8 weeks for prep, drying time, boxing and shipping out, some orders may take longer depending on the specifics, I will be in close contact with you throughout the entire process. ALL items must be paid in full before they will be shipped out. Zero Refunds on Custom Orders- and made to order items -Carefully consider before buying-
I usually contact USPS.com or YRC Freight (on large orders) to get an APPROXIMATE price OR contact our Local UPS store owner for shipping your items based on ship to location, APPROX. weight and size at the time your custom listing is created.
HOWEVER, once your custom order is completed on my end it must be weighed the week it will be shipped out. If there is a difference in what you've been charged initially for shipping and what it actually requires to ship out know that those charges include handling & packing materials, or you may incure another charge (to cover any extra actual shipping costs) that can be purchased through another custom listing and will need to be paid in full before the item/items can or will be shipped. Usually this occurs on sculptures and wood slices.
I DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING. ANY SHIPPING COST OVERAGES ABOVE WHAT UPSP (etc...) CHARGES, KNOW THAT COVERS THE COST OF THE PACKING MATERIALS, tape, boxes, bubble wrap, hard custom built boxes out of 1/4" laminated plywood, wood screws, & time spent handling/packaging such items. I take special time & attention to insure all of my items are handled well.
Keep in mind FRESHLY CUT wood is heavy, once it dries it may weigh less, So if you require fresh cut wood slices to be shipped out "next week" or in "rush orders" this could make your shipping more expensive. If you live in the southern region we may offer delivery and set up of the sculptures or large event pieces for a small fee, usually we charge 4$ per mile for delivery and set up may be an additional fee as we have worked in events and know that timing is everything, we will do everything possible to meet your time restraints and specific event needs.
I typically ship three day priority & always try offer the tracking number so you may track your order once it's been shipped. However USPS does not always provide shipping numbers if not shipped this way.

With all shipping, I will use whatever means is the least costly to our customers, whether it's USPS, or another courier. I want our customers happy and stress free!

Customers out of the country are responsible for any charges that your area requires and are not the responsibility of the shop owner. This takes time ...


Payments

We currently accept credit cards and paypal. All custom orders must be paid in full before the process of cutting wood or sculpting or painting can begin.

If you have a custom order that we've agreed you "don't need right away" and you would like to break your Purchase Payments up into multiple payments over the building time of the product we can work that out, so long as you know the item must be paid in full before it will be shipped out.

On 'RUSH ORDERS'---Orders needed "NEXT WEEK", or before the normal 3-6 weeks typically allowed on all custom orders, the customer will be charged a fee depending on the quantity and work required by the shop owner to fulfill this order, we love custom orders and don't mind staying up all night making sure it gets to you in time, just know that is not free, there will be an additional fee associated with these types of "rush orders". Usually it's a minimum of 25$.

All Custom Orders are flexable as far as discounts on larger quantity purchases, and size you need for your specific space or event, please feel free to be open with us about your budget restraints, you never know we may be willing to barely break even to help you, mainly because of our christian hearts, we just love helping other's dreams come true--It's not what you make sometimes so much as it is how you help change someone's life.

Once a custom order or made to order item is placed and paid for, the process begins for us immediately in some way -shape- form or fashion, therefore cancellation and reimbursements are not available. If you've paid for an item and no longer want it, before or after shipping EXPECT a 20% RESTOCKING FEE on ALL ITEMS & I will gladly sell it to someone else, after you've paid for it you are also responsible for reshipping it to me along with insuring it if over $50, if the item is damaged upon returning to my shop without insurance *NO REFUND OF ANY AMOUNT will be issued-however with Custom Orders, you may be the only one who wants that specific order, which is why there is no reimbursement options on Custom Orders. I am sorry for any inconvenience and hope you understand. PLEASE CAREFULLY CONSIDER ALL PURCHASES BEFORE HAND.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
