All purchases made by 12/16 will be expedited immediately and sent out in time to get your order in your hands before Xmas.This is a sweet little padlock to use to lock up your "precious belongings"... hehe
It comes with 2 keys... everything you see in the picture.
Measures 1 1/4 inches side to side and 1 1/2 inches from top of hasp to bottom of lock.

In the second picture, you can see the padlock attached to a locking tongue buckle, which you can request your leather gear be made with rather than regular buckles. The third picture is the padlock in this listing compared to the smaller version of the heart padlock, also listed in my shop.

I sell these locks for attaching to locking tongue buckles, where they don't come in contact with skin. If you're using this to make jewelry I would recommend that you would find a metal lacquer of your choosing to protect the finish on the lock when worn against the skin.

NOTE... if bought along with a collar or cuffs from my shop, which it is intended to be used with, then it will be shipped along with the item free of charge when it is finished rather than the stated shipping period, unless otherwise requested.

I just LOVE these locks! They're sturdy as well as beautiful, love the working keys! Shipped reallyfast, and were packaged super well so they wouldn't get scratched or scuffed during their shipping. Happy customer here!! :D

Unless you've requested shipping insurance or tracking, and pay for the cost of such, the seller is not responsible for the item once it enters the post office's system. The only proof I'll be able to provide is a receipt of my mailing fees with a date, and the city of destination.
I use USPS first class mail. Typically most items arrive in 3 to 4 business days to their intended location for most parts of the contiguous US.
Shipping rates apply to shipping and handling.
Every item page has a "will ship by" date. Since I begin production of an item only upon confirmation of payment completion, that time frame starts upon the date that payment is confirmed, not necessarily by the date of the purchase.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
All sales are final. However, if you are unhappy with the product or there is a defect please don't hesitate to contact me and I will make every reasonable effort to work together with you to get you a product that satisfies you.

If you reasonably believe that your item is not what you ordered, or is flawed and unusable, then please communicate with me about it. If I do not agree that there's grounds for return of the item, then "all sales final" applies. In that case, do not return the item. The buyer then has the option of taking appropriate recourse to file a claim with Etsy. The seller requests that if the final conclusion of is in the buyer's favor, then the buyer returns the item in unused, undamaged condition before the seller reimburses the buyer's full amount of the original transaction. If after communication we both feel that there's grounds for returning the item, then buyer pays for the return shipping fee. Once the item comes back into my possession, and it's determined that there is actually fault on my part as the producer of said item or fault in the materials, then at that time I'll quickly reimburse the buyer their full amount of original payment plus the return shipping fee by way of cashiers check or Paypal.

On every listing's page it's stated that I need to have certain imperative details from the customer, including the accurate measurement of the body part that the item is intended for, the dye colors, and the hardware colors. It's the buyer's responsibility to thoroughly read through the listing and supply me this information. If the information is not supplied, then I will try my best to contact the purchaser through both the Etsy messaging system and to their own personal email supplied to them by Etsy. If after I don't hear back I will start production of the item(s) ordered after a week, in order to meet my deadline ( my part of the deal). The items will most likely be made according to the first picture on the listing ordered from as per dye color(s) and hardware finish. I will size it for a 12 inch neck with some adjustment. In this case, all sales are final. I'm sorry, but I can't just take an item back and make a new one, and have it wait on a shelf for someone else to happen to buy one that requests all the same details as the same one sitting on the shelf. It takes hours of my time to make an order.

If the buyer wants to have a replacement item produced and delivered, then the funds of their original purchase will remain in the seller's account, and the new item will be delivered according to the time period stated on the listing page from the date of arrival of the faulty product into the seller's hands.

All items are returned at buyer's expense. If it's determined that there's a flaw in craftsmanship or faulty materials, then I will reimburse you those shipping charges immediately.

Additional policies

Leather is a natural product, and although we strive to make our items from quality materials, the buyer should expect the natural flaws and marks of the leather grain. Also, there is no way to "water proof" leather. Though our leather products have a high quality "moisture repellent" applied after the dying process, you can expect that a certain amount of rub off or "bleeding" may occur if worn for a prolonged amount of time or from regular sweating.

Items have been tested for durability and are sold as apparel only --- but YOU must be the judge as to how you use any item you purchase from me. Items are not meant for suspension purposes, heavy and sudden pulling and jerking or any like activities. Seller cannot be held responsible for any damage done to sold items or bodily injuries resulting from activities beyond casual wear.


I guarantee my items and compensate you for any defects in craftsmanship, upon return and inspection of the items, but not for damage resulting from one's own poor judgement of force applied to the items, or for use beyond apparel wear.

If you order a custom item, after thorough collaboration with you, the customer, I endeavor to produce the item that you are satisfied with. However, please be reasonable, understanding that you didn't see and handle the item before your purchase, and that I make your requested item to the best of my ability judging from the details of our communications about the design. You must make the effort to specify every detail about the item that you desire... colors, thickness of leather, accurate sizes, hardware specifications, etc. For instance, if you don't communicate that you want a locking tongue buckle on you cuffs, and I put a regular standard buckle on the cuffs, then I can't be held responsible.

In all cases, custom designed orders cannot be returned nor the cost for such be reimbursed unless I, the seller, decide otherwise.
