Orders received are usually shipped within 24 hours but occasionally take 48 to 72 hours.
Orders are mailed through the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Orders: International orders are shipped by first class international mail. If you would like tracking and delivery confirmation, or insurance, please contact me before ordering for a quote. Once your package is handed over to the post office, I am not responsible for lost items. I highly recommend that you insure all orders over $50.00. If you choose not to, you must accept the risk of all losses.

Sales Tax will be collected for customers located in the state of Ohio at the current state tax rate unless a resale tax certificate is sent to us prior to the sale.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not satisfied with an item, we are proud to accept a return on any product in its ORIGINAL and RESALEABLE condition. All returned merchandise MUST BE EXACTLY as received. Any wire returned must NOT have any alternations to the wire length, etc. If the wire is returned and there have been cuts, bends, changes to the original length or condition, you will only receive a 50% credit. Otherwise, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied for any cut wire orders. Any merchandise found defective should be returned within 3 days of receipt. Please be sure to include a description of the defect with the return. All return shipments must be shipped freight prepaid unless we specify otherwise.
For custom cut wire, there will be a restocking fee of 20%.

All returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped back to us.
