This pair of patterns yields two classic movie monsters: Nosferatu, who stands about 8 inches tall when finished, and The Creature from the lack Lagoon, who works up to a cuddly 6 inches.
Both patterns are straightforward and easy to follow, with lots of pictures and clear written instructions. Required stitches include sc, HDC, DC, and 2sctog, along with some picot stitches on the Creature (if that's not a stitch you know, you can look it up on YouTube or Google and master it in about 13 seconds - it's that easy). As for extra supplies, you'll need safety eyes for both monsters, plus 8 tiny black buttons and a scrap of black felt for Nosferatu. White fabric paint is optional but lets you make very cool teeth and claws. To make the webbing on the Creature's hands, you'll want a sport weight (or even a fingering weight yarn ) and a D hook or smaller. (Personally, anything smaller than a D hook scares me, and I prefer to leave the horror to the amis!)
After you place your order, you'll receive an automatic email with links to both patterns. No waiting! Hooray!
**Again, this listing is for two patterns, not two finished amis**
Wonderful pattern, easy to read, well illustrated, immediate delivery. Thanks very much!

AWESOME seller! I'm quickly working on my new Creature as we speak! This pattern is very thorough and has a lot of pictures to accompany the pattern. Extra bonus is that the seller is SUPER friendly and quickly asked if I needed any help and offered a helping hand if I needed anything. However, the pattern is written so well, that I don't think I'll need any assistance from her! I will definitely buy from here again. I can never have too many crocheted horror monsters. :) Thanks so much!!
