Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.
Paypal payments are preferred. If you need to make payment by a different form, convo me first.
Returns & exchanges
I can make refunds, (not a problem if you can give me a really good reason or we both agree to cancel the transaction). But exchanges I can't do, due to the nature of the item (pdf patterns).
If a pattern/PDF file does not show up, first check your bulk/spam folder to see if it got filtered there. If it's not there, email me BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback and I will try resending it. If you need it in RTF format, let me know, also. I enjoy convo-ing and emailing everyone who contacts me.
If you could please take the time to read my listings carefully, that would really be a big help. This should eliminate many of the problems that can come up.
I can do custom orders, my only problem is finding the crochet thread in the exact colors that the models have been made in. I like working with 100% cotton threads and blends and will work with you to come up with a suitable alternative in the event that I don't have the thread or yarn available. I have a few of the colors still on hand, so by all means, don't hesitate to contact me.
Alternatively, if you have the time to wait, you can find and purchase the yarn yourself and send it to me. Or we can work out a price to include in the custom amount so that I can purchase it.
