All packages will be shipped to the "confirmed" address listed on your PayPal or Etsy Direct account. Please make sure that the correct address is listed - refunds will not be issued due to an address not being confirmed during checkout.
We are unable to ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
We package all materials very carefully. We pay careful attention to every detail... to ensure a happy and satisfied transaction between all parties. We use recycled or eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.
PayPal, Etsy Direct, and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please contact us PRIOR to returning a item for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. Custom orders excluded, unless an error was made on our part (misspelled name as an example).
Approved returns must be sent back with tracking within 7 business days of receipt in the original packaging. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the original returned item. Thank you for your understanding.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
