I will ship to anywhere in the world, Monday to Friday and within 3-5 business days (Saturdays are NOT included as business days in the UK).
UK - Items are sent 2nd class to keep the costs as low as possible. The Signed For postage option is available at checkout (the price is shown clearly) and I shall include your tracking number when updating your shipping confirmation - if you want a tracking number PLEASE choose Signed For.
WORLDWIDE (excluding Italy and France) - All items are sent via standard Airmail, which DOES NOT include a tracking number. If you want a tracking number then you need to select the TRACKED & SIGNED option at checkout (charges are clearly given), and I will update your shipping information with your tracking number once your parcel is shipped. Royal Mail advises that Airmail items will take approx 7-10 working days from posting to arrive at destination countries, but it may be slightly longer during holiday periods. PLEASE keep in mind that although it may take the stated amount of days to get to your country, your parcel may be held in customs for some time and this is not my responsibility; once customs clear your order it is then handed to your postal service for delivery.
FRANCE & ITALY - All items are sent TRACKED & SIGNED to ensure delivery, and your shipping prices already reflect this shipping option so you do not need to ask for it to be added to your order.
Any CUSTOMS costs are YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY and I will not be held responsible for you incurring costs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
EARRINGS AND FAKE PIERCINGS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU HAVE WORN THEM OR NOT. THIS IS FOR HYGIENE PURPOSES AND IN LINE WITH UK SELLING REGULATIONS.
In the event of your item arrived damaged due to shipping, please send me photos immediately so that we can begin a compensation claim against Royal Mail. a refund will be given but I need to have photos as proof.
If your item does not arrive at all then please contact me so that we can arrange a compensation claim with Royal Mail so that you can receive a refund.
If your item differs considerably from the photograph and description - eg., I have sent you a scarf instead of a skull! - convo me to arrange re-posting and return. I shall reimburse you for re-posting (please send it Signed For or Tracked) and shall refund you your initial postal charge for returning .
If your item develops a fault due a manufacturing issue then please contact me to discuss returning it for a refund or replacement - I shall reimburse you for return postage (please send Signed For or Tracked).
Personalised and custom orders (items made to a customer's specifications) cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed, and no refund will be given if you decide that you do not want it after receiving it. If you are happy with the photo of the finished product, then unless it is faulty upon receipt I shall not accept a return nor give a refund. This is in line with UK Distance Selling Regulations.
Please don't sit at home fuming or pondering about whether to ask for a refund...so long as your problem is genuine, then I shall help wherever possible :)
All items come as described - kits will NOT contain tools unless clearly stated and I will always list any additional items that are required.
Gift wrapping is NOT included, but your item will arrive wrapped in tissue paper.
Earrings - ALL earwires are lead and nickel free; if the earwires are hypoallergenic then this will be stated in the listing. If I do not state that they are (such as my antique copper and bronze) then they will NOT be suitable for sensitive ears. I will NOT be held responsible for poorly ears because you chanced wearing a pair of them.
Earrings will be cleaned with alcohol anti-bac prior to shipping - please ensure that you also clean them prior to wearing to kill off any lurking bugs, as any infections arising from wearing my items will not be my responsibility.
