All packages are shipped USPS First Class, Priority or Express Mail unless otherwise requested (UPS/FedEx). Packages are shipped out M-F on the same day if purchased prior to 3:00(15:00) EST. Purchases after 3:00(15:00) EST will go out the next business day in most cases. Occasionally a package will still leave the same day after 3:00. Saturday shipping is not regularly available. Expected arrival times for domestic (U.S. locations) USPS deliveries are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: 3-10 business days USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days USPS Express Mail: 1-2 business days (1 day large cities, 2 days outside of large cities)
International customers can choose First Class, Priority or Express as well. There are no guaranteed delivery dates shipping internationally. Customs Fees are the responsibility of the international buyer. Customs Fees are not included in your cost of shipping. Please plan ahead accordingly. Expected deliveries internationally are as follows:
USPS First Class Mail: unspecified, which means the USPS and your country's postal service do not estimate delivery times. It can be 2 weeks, or it could very well take 2 or more months to arrive. USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 weeks USPS Express Mail: 3-5 business days
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel an order after it has been shipped out, you will need to "refuse" the package once it arrives to your location. The USPS will return the package free of charge. Once we receive the returned package you will receive a refund for the items purchased only. Shipping is non-refundable in this situation due to the cost to ship out being non-refundable from the USPS.
Cancellations prior to shipment are 100% refundable, including shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
TheLeatherSupply does accept returns. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your package. All items returned must come back in their original condition. For example, if your item comes on a spool and is 50 feet in length, then the item must return uncut and on the spool. We cannot accept returns where an item has been cut down from original length or removed from its spool/packaging.

Custom Orders are available upon request. Some items cannot be customized. Currently, round leather and braided bolo leather are the only custom order requests we can field. Please message us if you have a custom order inquiry. Depending on the product, Custom Orders may take 4-8 weeks to produce. Custom Orders must be paid for in advance and are not refundable.
If we run out of stock in a particular product, you may go ahead and purchase the product in advance. This particular purchase will be labeled as a Custom Order through etsy, however, it is refundable since it is a normal product. For example, if we run out of 3/16 (5mm) deerskin black spools and you wish to pre-order (back order) 9 spools, then we will set up a "Custom Back Order For (yourname)" through etsy for you. Since this is a product/color we nearly always have in stock, this order is refundable should you change your mind.
