I will accept money orders, if you would like to pay by money order, please contact me so that I know the payment will be slower than with paypal.

I am a very easy-going person, if you would really like some patterns, but have to wait a few days for money, feel free to contact me and I can set up a special listing for you.

**If purchasing more than one pattern, please pay for all at once. If you forget, not to worry, I won't hunt you down (see above paragraph!)--it's just that paypal charges 30 cents plus a small percentage for each transaction.

Returns & exchanges

Due to their nature, patterns are non-refundable once sent. If you have not received your pattern within 24 hours, and there is no notice up about being away, please let me know. Sometimes spam blockers keep out the good as well as the bad!

If you are having difficulties understanding the pattern, please don't hesitate to email me, I want to make sure you are happy, so I do provide email support on my patterns!
I can sometimes design a pattern upon request. If I do design a pattern that you have suggested and wind up selling the pattern, I will give you the pattern free.
**Due to copyrights, I will not design anything using a trademarked character. So, no Disney characters, Harry Potter, etc.
