I usually use the US post office and usually pay for tracking. If needed, I will insure them. The postage is approximate and I am getting better at estimating. The shipping may include handling fees, so please do not ask to lower the shipping fee. Especially on perfumes where the shipping is usually more than estimated since it has to go surface mail. I try to keep my prices very competitive to compensate for shipping. I normally do not ship outside the US because of the cost, but will make exceptions if you are willing to pay the shipping. More than half the time, I ship within 48 hours. I give myself up to two weeks just in case I am not able to deliver fast service. So if you want something sent fast, please message me prior to purchasing. If possible, I will accommodate you.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
