If you are not using this payment plan service, you must pay in full at the time of ordering. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the time of order, your order will be cancelled. You can reorder at a later date if you wish.
To comply with state and local tax laws, a sales tax of 8.75% will be added to orders shipped to California. Orders shipped anywhere else will not have to pay this tax. This tax is calculated after adding shipping charges.
Before an order is shipped, you can cancel for a full refund by contacting us. Once shipped, an item must be returned in order to be cancelled and any refund to be received. Please see our refund policy below for more information.
Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you wish to return an item, please contact us within seven days of receipt. We will refund you the cost of the item (not including shipping) as soon as we receive the item. The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. There are no refunds for digital materials or custom orders that deviate significantly from items already in our shop. Please see Additional Information section below for more information on custom orders. Please keep in mind that PayPal only allows refunds up to 60 days from the date of purchase and we will not issue a refund until we receive the item.
For exchanges, the same policy as above applies. We will offer one exchange per item ordered. Exchange must be for item of same or lesser price. Once we receive the original item purchased, the new item will be sent. Once this occurs, no more exchanges will be available for that item.
If you are unhappy with your experience shopping with us, please let us know. Your feedback is very important to us, and we will try to do everything we can to ensure that you love our shop as much as we do.
We are always happy to give you exactly what you want whenever possible. To that end, feel free to contact us about custom orders. To expedite your order, when contacting us please include the following: a description of what you want (referencing items already in our shop is fine), the exact size you want (you may refer to our standard sizing if you wish), and if you would like any special shipping services. The more details you give, the sooner your order can be finalized. Once we have finalized your order (including item, price, and shipping arrangement) we will add a private listing to our shop viewable only to you and will send you a direct link to the item. You must purchase this item before work begins. Please keep in mind that some custom orders may take a while to finish. We will try to make a best estimate of how long a custom order will take before we finalize it, however this is only an estimate. If you have a specific time frame in which you want your order to be completed you must tell us before it is finalized. Custom orders that deviate significantly from items already in our shop are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the private listing.
We will do everything we can to ensure that the pictures in our shop accurately reflect the appearance of our items. However, as screens vary, we cannot guarantee colors. In addition, the yarns used to create knitted items may be dye-lotted. If this is the case, there may be slight color variations between lots. All our items are handmade just for you. As a result, variations between items, even those from the same listing, is natural. Some photos may be close-up images to show detail. Please read the item description for information on sizing. If you are unsure about product specifications, please contact us. We are more than happy to answer any and all questions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We realize that occasional odd circumstances can make the timelines laid out in these policies seem unreasonable. If you feel that your situation warrants a change in the policies as stated above, please contact us. We are willing to work things out with our customers, since without you we're really just a gallery of neat items. However, THE POLICIES ABOVE APPLY TO EVERY CUSTOMER UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED IN WRITING BY A MEMBER OF OUR SHOP. We reserve the right to decide any one-time policy adjustments on a case by case basis. A policy adjustment made for one customer DOES NOT apply to any other customers, or the same customer in subsequent orders.
