I use USPS shipping, first class in the U.S.A. and First Class International for everywhere else. I have found first class to be very quick and cost effective (which we can all appreciate); but if you would like a faster shipping method, I would be happy to do so at an adjusted cost, just convo me and let me know the shipping method you would prefer before paying for your item, and I will send you a correct invoice.
I accept Paypal and Money Orders.
Please pay for your purchase within 3 days, after that time I will attempt to contact you if you have not made arrangements with me already.
If payment is not received within 4 days of purchase, and I receive no response to Convo attempts, I will cancel the order and relist the item, so please let me know if you need a little time to pay for your purchase.
Returns & exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase I will accept returns for 10 days after you receive it. Refunds or store credit will be for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not returned. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to return item. Credit/ refund is contingent upon receipt of the item in the condition it was sent out.
If an item is broken in shipping I will either refund, credit or remake (as closely as possible) the item, it is your choice.
I welcome requests, but would like 50% down for all custom orders. Glass and gas are both expensive, and that 50% payment keeps us both interested.
And just one more.... :)
Even though the beads are kiln annealed, please be aware that it is GLASS and is still susceptible to crack or break if dropped, handled roughly, or subjected to extreme, sudden temperature changes. Glass expands and contracts as it is heated and cooled, thus may crack in the event of an extreme change in temperature ( e.g.,worn into a jacuzzi ). Additionally glass items will retain heat and serious burns may occur. Sculptural lampwork beads such as three dimensional flowers, leaves, animals, etc. are especially susceptible to breaking. Please discontinue usage if cracks, shattering, or defects occur and take the necessary precautions when discarding broken pieces in order to avoid injuries. As with any broken glass, sharp edges may cause physical injuries and or damages. My art is NOT intended for young children.
