I use Royal Mail for all deliveries.

UK - Items are sent out first class post and I obtain proof of postage. If you would like that extra reassurance, you can add Signed For to your order. Lost mail claims cannot begin until 10 working days have passed.

Overseas - Items are sent out using Airmail and I obtain proof of postage. I attach a customs label to your parcel where necessary, but I cannot guarantee that you will not be liable for any further charges that may be applied once it arrives in your country. For extra reassurance, you may add the International Tracked and Signed option to your order. Royal Mail states that parcels to Europe will take 3-5 working days, and for everywhere else it should be 5-7 working days. I have found that those times actually vary from 5 days right up to 18 days. Lost mail claims cannot begin until 20 working days (Europe) or 25 working days (Rest of the World) have passed.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If you are not satisfied with your item please contact me so we can discuss any problems. If the issues cannot be resolved then a full refund will be given, once the items have been returned to me (at your cost).

Additional policies

My parcels may not seem as pretty as some, nor do they contain anything that I consider to be unnecessary (freebies are never really free ;) ) as I like to keep my costs, therefore my prices, as low as I can. This also means less waste. Parcels will be sent out in paper envelopes to reduce my plastic usage. If you would prefer that your order is sent out in a plastic mail bag just let me know when you check-out. Re-purposed cardboard boxes are used for larger items.
