Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are seeking a return/refund, items need to be in the same condition they were received. If items are stained, washed or worn they are not eligible to even be considered for a refund. If you are looking to exchange, items need to be in the same condition they were received. Additional shipping is required in that case.
DAMAGE/LOSS: If your order is not delivered or damaged upon delivery we will replace the item. Tracking confirmations are created for each shipment. Photos and a decription are required for damage claims.

CUSTOM ORDERING: If you are interested in a custom order please email and inquire about what you are looking for. We have accommodated custom orders before and are open to them in the future, no guarantee on custom requests. If we do approve a custom job, there is an additional charge per item, as well as no returns/exchanges, no exceptions. Custom orders can take in most cases an additional week on top of our standard processing times.
