Worked in luscious shades of pink, this unusual granny square afghan features off-center squares assembled on the diagonal. After sewing the squares together (diagram included), a simple edging of single crochet stitches is worked all the way around. The ends of the afghan are then finished with an optional tassel at the end of each square. Nice variation on the granny square.
