Additional return information
I personally ensure that your item is sturdy, but please remember that these are handcrafted items and should be treated with care. They are not toys and should be kept away from babies and pets, unless otherwise stated.

I can't guarantee the carrier will do the same, so if your package has a bootprint or other signs of mishandling by the carrier, please send me a picture before opening it. I can provide a return label and replace it at no shipping charge as long as the package is unopened. If one or more of your items arrived damaged and the package is fine, please take pictures of the package and damaged item(s). I will exchange them at no shipping cost to you.

If your item breaks through normal usage within 30 days of delivery, send me a picture and I'll replace it. If it found it's way underfoot or some other misfortune befell it within 7 days, let me know. Accidents happen. Maybe we can work something out.

These are handmade items and will vary slightly from piece to piece. If your item arrives *unreasonably* different than expected based on what I've presented, please let me know immediately.

** Important update!!**
To my dismay, I discovered that some stainless steel fridges are not magnetic. I haven't gotten a complaint yet, but I want to make sure people know before it does happen. Until I can engineer a solution, please test your stainless steel fridge before you order magnets for it.
