How are the Designs Delivered?
ANSWER:
Designs are available right here on Etsy. Click on "Your Account" then Click on "Your Purchases". Click on the Design and look for the link to Download it.

All Designs downloaded are zipped, you must have a compression utility program, like winzip, on your computer. You need to have some computer knowledge in order to extract the files so that they can be used with an Embroidery Machine.
QUESTION:
How do I unzip the file?
ANSWER: Windows Operating System, Highlight the file, right click on the file (a box will appear), click on Extract and follow the instructions.

I need an editing software so that I can merge the letters to make a monogram but I do not want to spend a lot of money.
ANSWER:
S & S Computing has an editing software called Sew What Pro, it is easy to use and very reasonably priced. They have a trial version that you can download and will work for 30 days/60 days before it will require that you purchase it. It can be downloaded at www.sandscomputing.com
QUESTION:
I downloaded the design and I unzipped it but I cannot see it on my computer, what do I need to do?
ANSWER:
You need to make sure that you have installed some type of Embroidery Software on your computer. Your computer cannot read the files without one. You can download a copy of Wilcom True Sizer for FREE.
It will let you open up the files on your computer so that you can see the design, it will let you convert them to another format and it lets you re-size it, but it does not adjust the stitches, so be careful if you want to re-size a design with it.
EXAMPLE: If the design is a 6 inch design with 5000 stitches and you want the design to be 4 inches, when you re-size it, it is still going to have 5000 stitches, it works the same way if you enlarge a design, if you make the design 8 inches, you will still have 5000 stitches.

QUESTION:
My machine is not recognizing the design.
ANSWER:
1: Make sure that you have unzipped the file.
2: Make sure that you are using the correct format for your machine, if you are not then your machine will not read it.
3: Make sure that the format is the correct version. For Example: Pes has 9 versions for the PES formats. If your machine will only read PES V1 and I convert the designs to PES V4, then your machine is not going to read the PES format that I have. You will need to convert it to your PES V1 so that it will read the design.
4: Check the Size, If the design is to large for you machine, it will NOT read the design.
