All postage for orders £20 and under within the UK is by UK First Class Royal Mail Post (you may request Recorded Delivery for which you will need to pay the extra postage, contact me to arrange), for orders over £20 and up to £50 will be sent 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (Unless you request standard Delivery at your own risk at not being covered for the right insurance for loss/damage). Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your jewellery or make sure it is collected on time as any returns to us will incur a charge which we will have to pass on to you and take from your payment method.
!!! For orders over £50 (UK and All Other Destinations abroad) we recommend you pay extra for Special Delivery or International Tracked to get the correct insurance cover. Please contact me for pricing.
International postage for orders up to £20 is by Royal Mail International Standard. Orders between £20 - £50 will require International Tracked PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR PRICING.

Returns & exchanges
If you wish to return a faulty or unsuitable item, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please e-mail email@example.com and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or exchange is required.
Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. Please obtain a Certificate of Posting or proof of posting (available from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained. ALL REFUNDS GIVEN AT THE PURCHASE PRICE EXCLUDING RETURN POSTAGE COSTS, UNLESS ITEM IS FAULTY.
