Item details

This listing is for one of the available skeins of Earth recycled 55% Linen 45% Rayon yarn. The rayon adds a nice sheen to the yarn. It is a three ply yarn with 23 wraps per inch (WPI) making it a lace weight yarn. The color is a warm earthy brown. This yarn was recycled from a lightly worn Chico's sweater, carefully deconstructed, wound into skeins, gently washed and dried unweighted. There are two colors still available from this company with this matching yarn Parchment and Earth.

Note: There is only one skein available of each different length.

Color monitors vary in how colors are displayed, so the appearance of this yarn may differ slightly in your monitor.

I am happy to wind this as a ball as a free service, please indicate if you prefer a ball or a skein during checkout. Wool yarns should always be stored in a skein without tension on the yarn. If you plan to work with the yarn right away, a center-pull ball is easiest to work from.
