This yarn is wonderful! It looks beautiful and feels very soft. If it varies at all from the photos, it is VERY slight! The pictures are a wonderful representation of the colors you will get. Very happy!

This is my favorite color way of all time! Simply fabulous!
We use standard USPS First Class shipping unless otherwise requested. We are happy to offer shipping upgrades, but please keep in mind this will increase the shipping costs. All U.S. packages are shipped with a tracking number.
We care about the environment, and ship only with high quality biodegradable envelopes. When you purchase Toil & Trouble goods, you can be confident that your packaging will not be sitting in a landfill for years to come! These envelopes are also reusable, so we encourage you to re-use your package.
International Packages: We ship international packages using standard USPS Air Mail. If you require insurance or a tracking number, you as the customer are responsible for these additional costs.
Customs and Duties charges: These are charges imposed by the each country's government. The buyer is responsible for paying these charges should they arise.
Once a package has been shipped, it is under the jurisdiction of the Post Office, and we are no longer responsible for the package.
All payments must be received in full before items are shipped. Payments will be considered received once they are cleared (not pending). Payments are expected at the time of order, unless a prior arrangement is made.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. In cases of defective product, we are happy to offer exchanges. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.
For yarn, we happily accept exchanges for items that remain in their original sale condition. This means it must be in the original tagged skein, and free from exposure to scents such as cigarette smoke. We are not able to offer cash refunds, but do offer store credit for returns. To initiate a return, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product. The item must be received within 45 days of the purchase date.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, nor are we able to extend any previous free shipping to exchanges. Unapproved returns will be refused and returned to the sender.
We do not offer refunds for pattern sales, as these are digital files.
Custom Dyeing: We offer custom dyeing to retail clients for a 10% surcharge.
Why is custom dyeing more expensive than one of your regular colorways? We have all our dye recipes figured out for our existing colorways. To make something custom for you, we need to start over, mix new recipes, and test them.
What if I want one of your existing colorways, but just want to change it slightly? In this case, the above is still true - even something that sounds simple, like adjusting color ratios or making a color lighter or darker, requires us to mix new formulas.
Yarn Winding: We offer winding services at a rate of $1 per 100 yards, rounding down to the closest dollar. Please contact us to arrange for winding services.
