If you would like to upgrade to a metal buckle you can buy one from this listing. Once you purchase a collar of your choice, I will make your custom dog collar.

This listing is for one metal buckle.

Available in:
- 3/8" buckle for the mini collars that are 3/8" wide
- 5/8" buckle for the extra small collars that are 5/8" wide
- 3/4" buckle for the small/medium collars that are 3/4" wide
- 1" buckle for the medium/large/xlarge collars that are 1" wide
- 1.5" buckle for the medium/large/xlarge collars that are 1.5" wide

Due to a high volume of orders. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to make your custom dog/cat collars. Once they are mailed your package will be delivered within 3 to 5 days. I will have a tracking number for you and shipped 1st class.

International Orders may take 2 weeks to arrive to your location. Depending on the area of the address.

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Please message me with any problems and I will get back with you as soon as possible. If the collar is broken during shipping, please send the item back to me so I can see the damage. The Post Office has done a wonderful job so far sending out my unique items.

As a general rule all sales are final. But I do handle returns on a case by case basis.

Any personalized items cannot be refunded. Please review your product description before purchasing as we do not offer exchanges or refunds on these items.
