Bright and colorful frosted and glass bead stitch markers makes holding your place more beautiful Fits up to 15mm needle, if you need a different size, just let me know and I can make it for you. You select if you want all red, blue brown etc., the accent beads will match the color selection. If you select multi, you will receive a blend of all the colors with contrasting accent beads.

Comes in a set of 10. Approximately 3/4" long.

All metal products are plated using nickel free metals. If you require a precious metal that can be arranged, message for inquiries.

The shipping costs do not include registered mail or insurance so please convo me of you need these.

I ship first class for International packages. Please note these do not come with confirmation or insurance unless you ask. If you need either or both, please contact me for a quote before payment. Also please allow upto 10 business days for delivery.

If payment is thru any mode other than Paypal, please note that I will be shipping the items only after the payment is cleared. The payment is due in 3 days from date of purchase and I will send a reminder at the end of the third day. If there is no response in another 2 days, I am sorry, this will have to be reported to ETSY.

Returns & exchanges

Please convo if you have any requests for refund or exchange and I will try to accomodate to the best of my ability.

I strive to make sure you are happy with the purchase. If you are not happy with the item due to any reason, please convo me. We can talk about refund or exchange or returns ' within 3 days of receipt ' to discuss the situation. If returning/exchanging, the item should be in original unworn condition and with the original box/pouches etc.
Once I receive the item satisfactorily , the refunds will be issued, minus shipping and handling charges(charges would be on a case to case basis).

Please also note that Custom orders are final and not returnable unless due to an error from my side.
I do take close up photographs of items prior to posting with date stamp to secure my interests from fraudulent claims.

More on Returns :
I typically do not accept refunds on earrings due to any reason other than a mistake of my own .Its a matter of hygiene as I will need to sterlize the earwires etc before relisting it and it will need me to rework on them. I hope you do not take it personally as I value each and every customers safety including yours and would need the items to be clean in addition to being eye-pleasing.
in the cases I do, I normally handle it one of the three ways !

1) Exchange for another item from my store - You can purchase another item in place of the one you are returning. You can use the full purchase amount to buy another one.

2) provide a store credit.
If you choose store credit the full amount of the item minus shipping would be credited to you so you can use it for a future purchase. This will be sent to you electronically as a gift card

3) If you prefer a refund, the shipping charges cannot be refunded.
There is a 20% restocking fee for Etsy and Paypal charges fees to me for stocking, selling and restocking. This also includes my work in getting them sterlized etc before I can sell it to another customer. The earrings should be sent in the original packaging boxes etc if any were sent and as securely packed in a bubble wrapped mailer. Once it reaches safely and after inspection, I will be crediting the amount to your paypal account.
Item needs to be sent back to me via usps first class mail with tracking information.

I use the most genuine semiprecious and precious gemstones and crystals. The other findings in my jewelry are typically nickel free plated unless you specifically request a semi precious metal (and I can quote you pricing before purchasing), but I buy these from others too, so there is always a chance of human mistakes.
