My super amazing hubby found this vintage pattern pamphlet at a junk shop in SC. He was hoping to score some major brownie points...and possibly some actual brownies. He got both...and a few cozy new scarves!
This is a vintage Crochet/Knit pattern pamphlet from Columbia Minerva circa 1970. It contains 5 crochet Hat & scarf patterns and 2 knit hat & scarf patterns made with Worsted Weight Yarn.
Great for beginners and super fun & quick for more experienced stitchers!
Being more of a crochet addict, I've made most of these patterns and they work up quite nicely with a heavier Worsted weight yarn. I even tried the scarf from Number AC-12 in Homespun and a larger hook. It came out beautifully, with fewer rows, of course, or I would've been dragging it behind me. LOL!
