You or someone else must be in to sign for your parcel. If an undelivered item is returned to me by Royal Mail you will have to pay delivery charges again to have the item redelivered. All UK orders are sent with Royal Mail, so if an item has not arrived as expected it's always worth contacting your local sorting office.

Q: Postage to the USA is really expensive, is this right?
A: Postage is based on Royal Mail postage prices for the estimated size and packed weight of your parcel. Unfortunately have no control over postage costs. If for any reason the paid postage comes to over £1 more than the shipping you paid during checkout I would be happy to refund the difference on request.
This is the cheapest service to the USA from the standand UK mail service (Royal Mail). However, if you provide your state and zip code and I will get an alternative quote from a courier on request (mon-fri only).
