U.S. packages are shipped either Priority, or First Class Mail. Tracking and Insurance are not included in the shipping price. Please convo me if you would like insurance or tracking and we will adjust the invoice accordingly. Once the package is mailed, we cannot be responsible for lost packages if they are not insured. We cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses; we ship to the address provided on your etsy account.
I am happy to ship international orders, but please observe the following: - The lowest mailing rate is USPS first class international. It does not provide security regarding delivery confirmation, insurance, etc. It can take up to 10 business days plus for delivery, depending on the destination. - The higher mailing rates that are available offer faster delivery and have more services available, but are considerably much more expensive. - We cannot be responsible for lost international packages, as USPS first class international only provides tracking until the package leaves the U.S. Since we have no control over each country's specific mail service and customs office, we can only ship the package in good faith and send it on its way. - We cannot mark the customs form as a "gift" and we do state the actual amount paid on the form. Please be aware of your international customs policies as the buyer is responsible for any customs fees incurred in his/her country.
I do recycle packaging materials, but only reuse what is clean and serviceable. If the postage is more than $1.00 difference we will refund the difference; it isn't our intention to make a profit on postage.
Payments may be made using PayPal, preferably when an order is placed. Descriptions of items are to the best of my ability, but if you are unhappy with an item please convo me within 7 days of purchase to resolve any issues.
If you do not have a PayPal account and do not want to establish one, you can use a credit card through PayPal. When you check out, select PayPal as the payment choice and follow the instructions for using a credit card as a "guest."
Returns & exchanges

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange it. Please convo me within 7 days of receiving your item, and we can discuss the return/exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent, with packaging intact.
