Carpe vinum, a play on carpe deim tickles my sense of humour so I just had to stitch it!

Stitched on white 14 hpi aida fabric, in red wine and bottle green colours, the completed cross-stitch will fit a 5 x 7 ins frame

File delivery
Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. Here's how.

Payment by PayPal only (at the moment).
Items will be sent out once payment has been received via PayPal.

Patterns are priced according to their complexity in design. Generally the higher price, the more time taken in their creation.

Completed works and custom orders are also priced according to time taken, complexity of work, materials used, and framing/mounting costs

NOTE some countries outside the EU may impose import customs duties or other charges on imported goods. These are the buyer's responsibility to pay. Please check with your country's customs office before buying if in doubt.

Returns & exchanges

Returns on all but customs orders are acceptable, but p&p charges will not be refunded unless the items arrive damaged/not as described

Returns need to be made within 7 days, and a proof of postage should be obtained, as I am not responsible for return goods lost in transit

If you have any issues with your item, please contact me via Etsy/email and I will do my best to resolve them

Additional policies

If you would like something commissioned or a custom order, message me for details.
If you decide to proceed, a custom order is set up and will need to be paid for in advance of any design work (though in certain circumstances, I might need to do some design work in advance for costing and time allocation)
Costs include a variable design fee, depending on the size/complexity of the final piece
A pattern proof will be emailed ahead for approval before the final pattern/design is completed.
Custom items can take 2-3 weeks at the pattern stage, depending on the amount and frequency of communications. Time to make a finished piece also needs to be added (where appropriate)
