I don’t know what it is about these little dolls; but, every time I look at one of them, I wax nostalgic. I see them as their stories depict them….young, sweet and dressed like little girls. So, with those memories stirring, I have come up with this offering, called ‘Best Friends’. The skirt is like one I had long ago and I always thought it would lend itself to the ‘girls’. Hope you like it, the culottes and three little jerseys.
The striped and white jerseys open in the back and close with very fine Velcro, while the red one, the Golf Shirt, pulls over the doll's head. Oh, yes, the skirt is the only part of the pattern that is lined, the other garments are not.
This pattern may not be for the beginner as there are no pictures, only well-written directions and the usual pattern pieces. If you have the assistance of an experienced seamstress, you should be successful
