Orders will be sent out within 1-3 days after receiving payment (3-5 days for custom orders). If you have to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: You may notice that my shipping rates to the US are lower than Canada. This is because Canada Post charges by postal code within Canada, which makes the rates higher. Shipping to the US is flat rate shipping (based on weight). Fear not! I will only charge you how much it costs to send to you - I will refund you any difference (over $1) via Paypal.
US CUSTOMERS: Standard shipping cost does not include Tracking. If you would like you package tracked, please select the "Add Tracking to US Package" listing
OTHER UPGRADES: You can upgrade your shipping to X-press post (3 business days within Canada, 4 business days to US) by selecting those listings under my Shipping Listings Section.
US and INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: you are responsible for all duties and customs fees.
I currently accept payments through Paypal only.
All major credit cards and e-checks are paid through PayPal. Payment by e-check will need to wait until clearance before your order is shipped- this usually takes around 4 business days.
You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to use their service to pay by credit card.
Returns & exchanges
Because of the food nature of the products, I cannot offer exchanges or returns on my teas. However, if you are unhappy with the quality of the tea, or if your order is damaged in transit, please send me a message right away (I will send you a replacement).
