I ship worldwide from Las Vegas in the United States.
For international shipments, any taxes, fees, or other charges (if any) incurred at customs are your responsibility and are not reflected in our shipping charges.
I normally ship within one business day after payment has been received.
Please contact me if you have any questions, if you prefer a different delivery method, or if you need your delivery sooner. For an additional cost, I can upgrade the shipping method of your order.
Payment in full is required prior to shipping. Preferred methods for payment are PayPal or Etsy Check-Out. Credit Cards can be used at either.
Returns & exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
My goal is 100% customer satisfaction! If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please let me know so I can remedy the situation. If you'd like a refund or exchange, please contact me within 2 weeks, and return the item in its original condition. Unfortunately, shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
I am quite happy to take custom orders; however, custom orders are not refundable.
