A fun lot of 3 vintage letters, (U, U and Q) likely from the 1950's. These letters are made of a thin cardboard, coated with a grey/silver color mica large flake glitter that was popular during this time period. Each letter has a small metal grommet near the top in order to hang from fishing line, or to tack on the wall.
The letters were found with a large collection of 1950's era elementary school ephemera. Although this group of 3 letters is an odd combination, they were likely part of a group that spelled out "QUIZ" on each side of the classroom at one time...but these 3 letters (U, U, Q) are all that remain. Each letter measures approximately 6" in length and 3.5" to 4" in width. They are still in good condition, but the mica glitter is slightly sparse in a couple areas.
The letters will ship secured via USPS First-Class Mail.
