Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
NO REFUNDS on any item. ONLY exchanges, this is because prior customers have taken advantage. I am sorry. ON ALL WIRE ORDERS AS YOU CAN'T RESUSE THE WIRE AND THE MONEY IS SPENT ON IT ALREADY. Exchanges are allowed after emailing me about it. I want you to be happy. You must ship it back at your expense to my address. You may exchange the item for another item in the store. If it is lost/stolen/damaged, your insurance from the post office will cover it.
NOTE: Common scenario for International packages: IF your item gets shipped to your postal office and is awaiting pickup and you don't pick it up and it gets sent back to me. I am not responsible for your second shipping expenses back to you. Additionally this doesn't qualify you for a refund.
