Santa's cute little belt and metallic gold buckle keeps your present hidden and is sure to delight both adults and children when they realize what he is hiding beneath his jolly coat! He is also reusable, so green too!

I aim to make and dispatch within 3-5 working days for general items. Personalized items take slightly longer and will be dispatched with 1-2 working weeks. If you require an item urgently, please contact me before purchase.
International items are sent by standard airmail - Royal Mail states that they will be delivered within 20 working days, however busy periods may lengthen this.
Items within the UK are posted by second class (unless you have upgraded your postage at checkout) and should arrive within 1-3 working days of dispatch.

Please note that I am not responsible for import duties/taxes. Please check with your local laws to see if this applies to you before purchasing.


I am happy to accept paypal and if you are a fellow seller, may even consider a trade!
I also accept credit card payments via Etsy Payments or gift card. If you plan to purchase an item but would like it altered in some way, please can you convo me first to check it is possible before you checkout. I would appreciate that all accounts are settled within 2 days of purchase. I am unable to start working on your item until payment is received.
I understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase, for this reason I am more then happy for you to cancel an order for none personalized items before dispatch.
For personalized items, there will be a charge if work has already been started.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you have changed your mind about an order, you have 14 days from receiving to request a refund. This will be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition (within 30 days of requesting a refund) - the buyer will be liable for return postage fees, but will be refunded their full original purchase amount (including outgoing postage only).
Personalized items are exempt from refunds unless faulty.

If any item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately and I will send a replacement. I ask for photographic evidence in order for me to file a claim with the courier/royal mail.

International (outside of the UK) returns must be clearly marked on the outside of the package as a return.

If you believe your items has been lost in the post please contact me and I will do my best to resolve.
