Vials are 3/4” tall x 3/8” diameter. The total length of the charm including clasp is 1-1/8”. The vial is tightly corked, but the cork is removeable and the contents can be removed. The vials are labeled with their contents. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

We ship your package as quickly as possible to the address provided through the Etsy Order Form. Please check your Ship To address when placing an order to ensure your package is shipped to the proper address. Once an order is placed and paid for we cannot make changes to the delivery address as this is a common scam to use someone's account for fraudulent purchases and we want to protect ourselves and our customers.

We ship using USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class and First Class International for most items. Heavier items (items over 13 oz.) must be shipped domestically via USPS Priority Mail and therefore are a bit more expensive to ship. We have done our best to accurately determine the shipping costs of our items and allow for combined shipping on items.

If you need an item faster than First Class Mail, please convo us PRIOR to placing your order so we can create you a custom listing with the proper postage fees. Requests for faster shipping made AFTER the processing of an order CANNOT be accommodated.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We do ship internationally. Please be aware that International mail postage rates have increased significantly recently and we have updated our shipping prices to accommodate these changes.

Also, we are not liable for any taxes, duties, tariffs, etc. levied against the import of our goods into your country. The purchaser is solely responsible for paying these fees as levied by their respective customs offices. We are unable to estimate these costs for you. Be sure to check with your country's policies prior to ordering from us.

We mark all International shipments as "Merchandise" on the Customs Forms. Please do not ask us to mark them any other way.

We make no warranties or promises on delivery times, particularly where International Mail Services are involved. We make every attempt to ship items quickly so you receive them in a timely fashion. We provide Tracking numbers whenever available. International Customers should be aware their packages can take more than 4 weeks to arrive and we do not accept responsibility for items arriving later than you would like if you do not allow enough time for International shipment.


We currently accept PayPal payments and Etsy Payments only. We do not accept money orders, checks, etc. Items will ship after we receive notification that payment has been received.

If you need to cancel your order, please do so quickly as we try to ship items out within a few days of receiving them. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We will accept returns and give refunds ONLY in the event the item was delivered to you damaged or it was lost in the mail. We track all packages to the best of our ability to ensure they arrive.

We only accept returns if we have been contacted prior to the item's return to us. If we receive an unapproved return, we will keep a 30% restocking fee of the initial purchase price. We do not refund shipping costs.

If you have concerns over the fit or sizing of an item, contact us PRIOR to ordering the item so we may give you the information you require to make your decision. Some of our items have a size range or can be adjusted to fit a different size.

We are currently unable to accommodate Custom Order Requests.

Many of our items are made from salvaged materials and so we cannot guarantee availability for customization. Items ordered in large quantities may also show variation in style and materials used based on the fact that the materials used may be vintage or salvaged.
