Orders are typically shipped Tuesday through Friday (and occasionally Saturdays) and within 24-48 hours once payment has been received through PayPal or Direct Checkout (credit card). Some custom orders may require additional time. We are glad to offer a combined shipping savings for multiple items purchased. Please contact us if you have any questions.
All items are packed and wrapped to ensure that they will arrive safe at your home in perfect condition.
We do not ship invoices for orders. If you need one, you can visit your Purchases page here on Etsy and print one for your records.
The shipping charges for each listing are close estimates - Etsy does not have a shipping calculator to determine the exact shipping charge to your location. If the actual shipping is substantially less than our estimates, we will refund the difference back to you.

Our shop accepts all major credit cards, and debit cards as payment, as well as PayPal payments. Please contact us if you prefer to pay with a Money Order or Personal Check.
Payment is due at the time of order.
Payments by check or money order are due within 7 days of purchase. If you pay by check, we will ship your item as soon as the check clears (typically within 7 days).
