Returns & exchanges
We pride ourselves in offering some of the finest fabrics on the market for the most affordable prices. If for the rare chance your product is damaged, faulty, or have been shipped the wrong item we can immediately exchange and ship you a replacement. It is our policy that any damaged or faulty products be reported within 2-3 business days of receipt. We encourage all customers to order sample swatches before placing orders to make sure the color they are ordering matches their needs. Customers can directly order samples on the page of the fabric they are interested in.
Orders that qualify for return: If your order qualifies for any of the above return reasons, please email us with a picture of the flawed, damaged, or wrongly sent item. In the email please specify your name, order #, and reason for return. We will then promptly contact you with a RAN (Return Authorization Number) and give you directions on how to return the item. Please make sure the RAN is printed on the original invoice that was sent with your package. Once the package is received, we will either replace the item or refund the customer for the full purchase price. Please allow 1-2 business days for all refunds to be processed. All replacement items will be sent out like any usual order (shipped by 1 business day).
